Un salarié ne peut pas être licencié en raison de son état de santé, c'est discriminatoire. Mais le licenciement d'un salarié pendant un arrêt maladie est possible dans certains cas (par exemple, perturbation de l'entreprise ou faute du salarié). Les règles sont différentes pour un salarié ayant des fonctions représentatives dans l'entreprise.

 Attention :

Si vous êtes un salarié ayant des fonctions représentatives dans l'entreprise, vous bénéficiez d'une protection spéciale contre le licenciement.
