Une entreprise qui s'installe ou réalise entre le 1er janvier 2007 et le 31 décembre 2023 une extension d'établissement dans un bassin d'emploi à redynamiser (BER) peut bénéficier d'exonérations. Deux zones d'emploi sont concernées : la vallée de la Meuse dans la région Grand-Est et la zone d'emploi Lavelanet en région Occitanie. Il s'agit d'exonérations d'impôt sur les bénéfices et d'impôts locaux et de cotisations.

Vous pouvez savoir si votre entreprise est située dans un BER en consultant la liste des communes appartenant à un BER.
