Lors de la clôture de chaque exercice annuel, une société commerciale doit obligatoirement déposer ses comptes annuels au registre du commerce et des sociétés (RCS) pour en garantir la transparence. À réception par le greffe du tribunal de commerce, les comptes annuels font l'objet d'une publication au Bodacc.
