Vérifié le 30 juillet 2019 - Direction de l'information légale et administrative (Première ministre)

Permet à un employeur établi à l'étranger de transmettre une déclaration de détachement à l'unité territoriale de la Direccte du lieu où doit être effectuée la prestation. Cette déclaration doit être effectuée avant le début de la prestation.

Cette formalité concerne aussi les entreprises de transport qui doivent transmettre une attestation de détachement adaptée à leur activité.
