Oui, sous conditions.

Lorsque l'entreprise verse une prime de participation et/ou d'intéressement aux salariés, la prime est versée durant le congé parental.

Le montant de la prime dépend des critères d'attribution suivants de l'accord d'intéressement ou de participation :

  • Soit par une répartition uniforme entre chaque salarié
  • Soit en proportion au salaire versé au salarié
  • Soit en proportion au temps de présence du salarié dans l'entreprise
