Non. Un mineur, y compris émancipé, ne peut pas entrer dans un casino, même  :

  • S'il ne joue pas
  • Ou s'il est accompagné d'une personne âgée de plus de 18 ans (y compris un parent).

Le casino doit contrôler systématiquement l'âge de toute personne accédant aux salles de jeux. C'est pourquoi, il est demandé de présenter une pièce d'identité (carte nationale d'identité en cours de validité ou ayant expiré depuis moins de 5 ans ou passeport en cours de validité ou ayant expiré depuis moins de 5 ans).
