Vous devez fournir un certificat médical seulement si votre enfant a une maladie contagieuse.

Il s'agit des maladies suivantes :

  • Coqueluche
  • Diphtérie
  • Méningite à méningocoque
  • Poliomyélite
  • Rougeole, oreillons, rubéole
  • Infections à streptocoques hémolytiques du groupe A
  • Fièvres typhoïde et paratyphoïdes
  • Teignes
  • Tuberculose respiratoire
  • Pédiculose (sauf en cas de traitement)
  • Dysenterie amibienne ou bacillaire
  • Gale
  • Syndrome grippal épidémique
  • Hépatite A
  • Impétigo (et autres pyodermites)
  • Varicelle

Si votre enfant a une maladie contagieuse, vous devez fournir le certificat médical à l'établissement scolaire dès le retour en classe de votre enfant.
