Non, vous ne pouvez pas transformer un sous-sol ou une cave en appartement pour le louer.

Si le sous-sol ou la cave ont une fenêtre ou si vous les aménagez en posant une fenêtre semi-enterrée, ils ne peuvent pas servir d'habitation, car ils sont enfouis dans le sol.

Si vous ne respectez pas l'interdiction de louer, le préfet peut vous obliger à évacuer les locataires et à leur proposer un relogement.
