Oui, vous pouvez accrocher ce que vous voulez à vos fenêtres ou balcon à condition que le règlement de copropriété ne s'y oppose pas.

Vous êtes toutefois responsable des dégâts causés par vos biens s'ils sont mal fixés.

En général, les règlements de copropriété interdisent des bacs (jardinières) à l'extérieur des garde-corps.

Si un objet tombe et blesse quelqu'un ou lui cause un dommage matériel (pare-brise d'une voiture abîmé, par exemple), votre responsabilité peut être mise en cause par cette personne.

Vous devez donc veiller à ce que les objets que vous accrochez à vos fenêtres ou balcon soient correctement fixés et non simplement posés.
