Hospitalisation du nouveau-né : quelles conséquences sur le congé de maternité ?

En cas d'hospitalisation prolongée de votre enfant, le congé maternité peut être fractionné, c'est-à-dire pris en plusieurs fois.

Si votre enfant reste hospitalisé au-delà de la 6è semaine suivant sa naissance, vous avez la possibilité d'interrompre votre congé maternité.

Vous pouvez reprendre votre travail et reporter à la date de sortie de l'hospitalisation de votre enfant les jours restant non pris de votre congé maternité.
