Oui. S'il est embauché en France en tant que salarié, le ressortissant d'un pays de l'Union européenne (UE) ou de l'Espace économique européen (EEE) a les mêmes obligations et les mêmes droits qu'un salarié français (temps de travail, congés, rémunération,...).

De plus, il n'a pas à obtenir d'autorisation de travail pour être embauché en France.
