S'il est embauché en France en tant que fonctionnaire ou contractuel, le ressortissant d'un pays de l'Union européenne ou de l'Espace économique européen (EEE) a les mêmes obligations et les mêmes droits qu'un agent public français (temps de travail, déroulement de carrière, rémunération, congé,...).
