Pour obtenir un logement social (HLM), il est nécessaire d'en faire la demande. Seules les demandes des personnes remplissant les conditions d'attribution peuvent être satisfaites. Une demande de logement social non satisfaite doit être renouvelée chaque année. Sinon, la demande est radiée. Mais il existe d'autres motifs de radiation. Dans certains cas, si aucun logement ne vous est proposé, un recours est possible en vertu du droit au logement opposable (Dalo).
