Convention conclue entre le jeune au pair et la famille d'accueil (Formulaire 15973*01)

Vérifié le 14 septembre 2023 - Direction de l'information légale et administrative (Première ministre)

Permet de conclure un accord entre une famille d'accueil et un jeune au pair.

Si l'étranger réside hors de France, il présente cette convention signée entre les parties au consulat compétent pour la délivrance de son visa.

Si l'étranger est déjà admis au séjour en France, il présente cette convention à la préfecture de son lieu de résidence pour le renouvellement de son droit au séjour.
