Madame, Monsieur,

Par la présente, je souhaite dénoncer à partir du Saisir la date le compte joint n° numéro du compte joint ouvert dans votre agence au nom de noms des cotitulaires.

J'ai bien noté que les autorisations de prélèvement et les ordres de virement permanents qui auraient été émis avant ce jour deviennent caducs par cette dénonciation.

Par ailleurs, j'ai également adressé un courrier au cotitulaire de ce compte nom de votre cotitulaire sur ce compte joint pour l'informer de ma décision.
