Par la présente, je tiens à t' ou vous informer de ma décision de dénoncer, à partir du date de retrait du compte joint notre compte joint n°numéro du compte joint auprès de l'agence de nom et adresse de la banque.

J'ai adressé un courrier à l'agence de nom de la banque afin de l'informer de cette décision.

Les autorisations de prélèvement et les ordres de virement permanents qui auraient été émis avant ce jour deviennent caducs.
