Madame/Monsieur,

Dans le cadre du renouvellement du bail, vous m'avez proposé une augmentation de loyer de montant de l'augmentation.

Conformément à l'article 17-2 de la loi du 6 juillet 1989, je conteste cette augmentation. En effet, j'estime que le nouveau montant de mon loyer soit montant du nouveau loyer est trop élevé et n'est pas conforme aux loyers habituellement constatés dans le voisinage pour des logements comparables.

Dans le cas où vous souhaiteriez maintenir votre proposition d'augmentation, je me réserverais la possibilité de saisir la Commission départementale de conciliation.
