Vérifié le 20 mai 2022 - Direction de l'information légale et administrative (Première ministre)

Il faut renseigner certains éléments concernant votre identité et celle de vos parents.

Conservez le n° de pré-demande et/ou le QR code obtenus à la fin de la démarche (il est conseillé d'imprimer le récapitulatif de pré-demande).

Il faut ensuite vous rendre à la mairie pour finaliser la demande avec les documents justificatifs.

La mairie récupérera vos données grâce au n° de pré-demande, vérifiera vos pièces justificatives et recueillera vos empreintes.

 Attention :

la pré-demande concerne uniquement un dossier déposé en France.
